1. MillionDollarGolfCourse.com is dedicated only to golf. We accept ads that link only to websites that provide golf-related products and services.
2. You may purchase as many pixel blocks as you want as long as space remains.
3. When you purchase pixel advertising from MillionDollarGolfCourse.com, you do not own any part of the site. MillionDollarGolfCourse.com is an advertising site. Advertisers can submit an image and a link, which will then be published in the Prime Zone, subcategories and misc. zone (as long as space is available). The term “buy” means to purchase the right to display your ad containing a link to your site.
4. Images and links may not be changed once they are paid for and the ad is placed in the Prime Zone, subcategories and misc. zone. Plan carefully before submitting your image, alt text and link.
5. Your ad will remain on the site for 1 month, 6 months or 1 year depending on your choice.
6. Once your image and link are published, there are no refunds.
7. No obscene/offensive/adult images/links will be accepted. We determine what constitutes inappropriate content. If you submit an image or link that found to be inappropriate, you will be asked to provide an alternative. NO money will be refunded. If you are unable to provide an alternative link and image, the pixels will be sold to another advertiser.
8. The subject of your link must relate to golf. If a linked site changes to an inappropriate site, the link will be removed. If at any time you change the content of the linked site, you agree to notify MillionDollarGolfCourse.com, so that we can determine that your new content does not violate our rules. We do not issue refunds.
9. We will remove ads at the request of the owner, but you will not receive a refund, and the pixels will become available for sale.
10. Animated images are not allowed at MillionDollarGolfCourse.com.
11. All links must be to full web pages and must begin with http:// or https://.
12. You must have the authority to provide the image and link for the website you submit. If we become aware that you do not, your image and link will be removed. We do not issue refunds.
13. Any site downtime should be rare but is the fault of the server, not us. We do not accept responsibility for server issues that are out of our control.
